Weather: Hot and humid
Comments:
Played soccer the night before. IT bands and left calf pretty sore. Ab sore throughout, but not detrimentally. Felt a little tired/sluggish, but apparently was physically/mentally strong enough to make it through, which was surprising. Stretching after relieved some pains, esp in the ab.
