Weather: Hot but cloudy and breezy
Comments:
Felt okay. Tried to get up early to run but that didn't happen so ran at around 5. Went out slow with my dad and went back in pretty fast. Ran hard in, but it felt okay except my shinsplint was kind of throbbing. i have been stretching my shins a lot more and doing lifts with them so I hope that works. One stop for water at the park. The good news is I wore a watch that works so I got a time. I almost got hit by a car because some crazy lady didn't think she had to stop at a stop sign as well. DUMB. Anyway I'm going to ice my shins and hope for the best.
