Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Nate and Warren took me on a run in the cities. We were going a little faster than I usually go, then they picked it up for the last 4 miles or so. The last two miles were up this gigantic neverending hill. I was hurting pretty good the last mile or so, but stuck it out. Good run, and I didn't feel horrible for it being my second longer run this week.
