Comments:
Did 1 mile of 30 second sprints worked up to 7mph on the treadmill and could go even a bit faster maybe. Felt good, felt like I could do more than 30 seconds each interval. Then ran for 1 mile at 11:50 minute miles. All without my knee braces, forgot them at home and after walking 6 miles with Kip.
