Comments:
was a lazy ass yesterday: ate and sat all day long. regreted it bigtime last night. not only am i letting myself down with this lazyness but i'm letting my team down. i can't shake the feeling that i'm not going to be good enough this year. my knee is swollen and hurts, ankle and shin hurt a bit too. need to try to get on some trails soon, these sidewalks are killing me.
