Comments:
Ran with Coach O'Brien steady the whole way, the group turned back at 15, didnt do out and back because of fear feet would worsen. felt like a good run, definitely came back faster "back" than "out" but not deliberate which is good. feet better than yesterday but still a little iffy. hopefully can get some striders in tomorrow!
