Active Recovery- Kick Workout

Comments:
Took today very light in terms of mileage but did pretty high intensity 200's for this point in training. I am hoping to develop my kick a little over the summer because I always have had a relatively weak kick and I want to work on that. Did 40, 38, 35, 34, 32, 32 then a few strides. 1 mile warmup and 1 min rest in between.
