1.25 Mile warm up
3xMile with 4 minutes rest- 5:07, 4:52, 5:03
2x800 with 2 minutes rest- 2:35, 2:35
1.75 Mile cool down

The first two mile repeats were a little shorter but the last one if anything is longer. The 800s were definitally longer but it makes up for the short miles.
