Weather: sunny but cooler than usual

Comments:
Ran a bit over 4 miles before practice (at just under 7:10 pace) then did 2 easy with the team. Felt smooth but really deeply fatigued; the kind of tiredness you feel even in your hands. did A1s on the course: 4000m(15:11), 3000m(10:58), 2000m(6:56), 1000m(3:16). Felt relaxed and strong for the first two, really felt it on the 2k and 1k. it was a good workout to stay with keyser on them. tough. cooled down easy for 19 minutes, felt really loose and smooth on it, but I was so tired that I cut the cool-down short by a mile. too thoroughly cooked to swim.
