pretty easy workout. went and did it at blackwell after class. was worried for a little bit because my back was hurting me so much all of a sudden that i could barely walk, but it went away by the time class was over. i thought i paced myself well, made sure the first 5 surges weren't all out to make sure i still had enough to finish. finished strong, but legs exhausted.
