Comments:
Did a 1 mile warmup, felt good, lead the team in stretches then headed to the start. first 400 splits were : 1:12, 1:09, 1:09. First 800 were: 2:30, 2:31, 2:31. I start dropping off once I no longer have lambo on my tail.
