Comments:
a little more than 1.5 warm up, 4k, 3k, 2k, 1k. i went 15:37, 11:25, 7:00, 3:29. aerobically felt fine, legs kinda tired at the end, but that came from running the 2k so fast. first 1k of the 2k was in 3:27, so i overdid it a bit there and paid for it at the end. weather was great again. overall a solid workout, not as bad as i thought it might be since it was 10k. a bit more than 2 on the cooldown, so i'll call it 10.
