did 10 of the long hill loops at the meadow today. this was probably my first good workout of the season. i was up in a group with bobby, ontko, kurt, dave and others. it was nice to be back up there instead of bringing up the rear like ive been doing, even if i did hit the wall a bit on the last couple. i felt a lot better too, and my knee didnt hurt too bad before and not at all during the workout. good workout all around, hopefully i can do something good at the alumni meet on saturday.
