those nimbuses are on their last legs

2 mile warmup
workout- 6 miles workout
2 mile cooldown

grouped with jackson, graham, and rett

7 min tempo threshold, 1 min surge, and 2 min easy recovery

felt very good and on the last 2 thresholds i was a little above my hr range, but not by much. maybe by 3 or 7 beats

although i do need more sleep for sure.
