first run back, expected to feel like SHITTT.
did

started off slow. like real slow got in woods and jsut run. once i got out of that first part onto the grass trial i was like why am i going so slow, watch must be lying. but i picked it up

look down liek 30 seconds later was going 6:36 pace

slowed down and turned back a lil early.

got back to house at 19:50
