felt good from this morning run.. so when easy on my wamr up then got the miles in , stretched then did 6 hard 2 minutes easy X 3 ,- felt good after the easy and hrad thing, it cleared my mind and it got me the mile and my lungs felt good so did m lges except, my kness keep bothering me after the run, not excesive pain but slight irritation, then did a 2 mile cooldown.. got home drank water did my abs, and iced felt good
