Comments:
ankle a bit iffy today so went to the pool. alternated 2 laps free, 2 laps fly (both moderate-hard) 1 lap breaststroke recovery. lost count of how many times. felt really good, definitely got heartrate up. not sure if itll be a run or another swim tomorrow
