Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
ran the normal loop. i weighed in befor and after the run and lost about 5 lbs. while standing on the scale a drank about 2 liters of tang and 1/2 liter of water to get my weight back to pre-run. i don't suggest it since i lost the fluids over an hour and got them back in ten minutes.
