Comments:
first run after taking 5 days off. idk how i feel about my shins. they really aren't that bad, but i do feel it still, especially when i try to run more on my forefoot/toes. i guess i'll just continue to take care of them
this run wasn't very good regardless of the shins. hot and dehydrated.
