Weather: real hot
Comments:
the heat index was 100+ degrees. I don't even know what a heat index is. I was planning to run 10 miles, out to Mercer with a couple laps there and then back. I ended up doing my usual 8-miler in reverse. I felt weak and thirsty. Running at 330 is a bad idea.
