Weather: nice i guess

Comments:
Did bad...
Started out with a one mile warmup that went okay. Then my first threshold mile was almost on pace, but after I felt really tired. The short break, then another threshold mile that was slow. The next threshold mile was just even worse. Strides. The cool down mile was more like a walk-run.
Very tough day.
Ab and strength work.
