(with Chicago Chris, HS Student Dan) This was slower than the last couple weeks, but I actually made it through without major issues. I took my heart rate at the end at 184, but it seemed like it was lower when I was running and I felt it speed up as I took it. My legs still felt tired and heavy. I was also somewhat dehydrated and I'm hoping the heat is the source of my struggles with all these workouts that are supposed to be easy...

I'm really still NOT where I need to be, but maybe I'm not that far?
