SLN Speed Work

Comments:
i felt good in the 200's , and the first half of the 800's but the last 4 were a pain in the ass, stiall managed was i would say like some seconds of my 6th and 7th one. I will admit justin , jonathan and jordan beat me, which pisses me off, but ill get them back.. jony pushed me on the last one... overall did the whole work out, and as of know my right kness is killing me, feel a little tire on my thighs... Also need to take care of my form when im almost finishing, putting my head down..

4 x 200m @ 38 seconds ( these were mostly on the dot)
8 x 400m @ 78 seconds ( my range 72- 80)
8X 400 m recovery
