Ow this hurt. The actual workout wasn't that bad, but the run back to the school felt terrible. We ran to Askewton and ran 5 loops. Everybody behind me only did 4 so I was the last one back. I only got a 30 second break before we ran back to the high school from Hoyle and the trail.
