Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Barely made it through this one without stopping. Took about three miles to loosen up and for my breathing to feel good. Thought I was gonna puke on and off the whole run, which made things less fun. Legs felt good, which is good I guess. Probably my last long run for a while, unless I find a really good spot in thailand. I leave in two days, getting kinda excited.
