Comments:
we went out for 2.2 miles to Parrot Mountain and took a break at the bottom of the start of Parrot Mountain. Then we restarted our watches and timed ourselves running up. It was extremely hard, it was probably the hardest run i have ever done, my legs hurt so bad. Ran .3 miles to the top in 4:00 minutes. Then we took a water break at the top, walked down and then ran our 2.2 ,iles back to camp.
