warmed up slow with rachael almost immediatly after i woke up. the tempo was supposed to be 3 x 10min, but after the 2nd 10 min segment, my body was completely out of energy. i continued to push myself though because i wanted to finish the workout. 2 minutes into the third segment, i had to stop because i felt like i was going to puke. just ran back to her house and included the whole thing as the cool down, which is why it looks a little fast for a cool down. cutting the workout ended up working out though because i just barely made it back home in time for my cardiologist appointment.
