Long hill workout

Comments:
10x1000m hill loop at the meadow. Decent day, real tired around loop 6, but I slowed down I think and finished with Petro and it seemed to be more manageable and I wasn't spitting on myself anymore. 3 mi warm up and then 1 mile back, real fast bike to the house to make it to my sister's bday dinner.
