Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
A slow run to wake my legs back up from vacation. I thought it was going to rain but it never quite got there. Everything else was pretty good though. I'm still not confident to run 100% on my right foot yet since it's still tight and a little tender. I have another doctor's appointment to see if I need to do anything extra to get myself back to full speed.
