Weather: humid and rainy

Fartlek, 1 hard 2 easy, 2 hard 2 easy, 3 hard 2 easy x3 then 1 hard 2 easy x 3. Kinda roughish, legs felt pretty dead from the tough week. The 2 on the second set and the 3 on the last set were in particularly $$, especially last 3, got a second wind 30 seconds left and just opened up and felt good
