Comments:
didnt run yesterday...sooo i stayed around the track today to do the pickups with a group. im not sure if this is considered a workout, fo-workout, run, or called pickups. i ended up doing 9x2 minute pretty aggressive with a 2 minute steady break inbetween. didnt feel like a jog which is good. by the 6th definitely felt fatigue, alone for the last 4. overall pretty good day!
