Comments:
Ran at a race for Boulder running company. Me Del Mon and Ricketts ran the 5k. First mile was easy in 5:39, than I took over and started running 5;29 Than del mon led and than i took over last 600 and last mile was 5:26 and kicked in 34. Good result for a tempo type run.
