Forgot my watch, shinplints throbbin, and had a stomach ache at first so expected a poop run but ended up doing okay. Really tried to concentrate on my form. Felt okay on the way out and always had Gaby, Miranda, Lindsay in sight on my way to the 6 mile which is pretty good for me. Stopped for water thrice. My shoulder has been giving me pain at the end of my runs so I gotta stretch it out, and loosen up my form. 6 Strides. Ab work.
