Weather: drizzly but humid

Comments:
Wet out. Ran 7 miles before practice (about 7:20 pace) then 2 miles with the team. Did A3s on fastbowl: 1800(6:02), 1600(5:21), 1400(4:36), 800(2:33). Felt deep tiredness in my legs before the start. This was a pretty tough workout from the start, but I tucked in behind kaleb and jim and stayed relaxed through it all. Felt strong on the last one. Ran 3.5 miles afterwards. Swim right after.
