Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We ran a 15 minute warmup at aout an 8 minute pace, then we didour 40-60 workout where we did 40 seconds race pace and 60 seconds 8 minute pace, and we did that fo bout 15 minutes. It was a pretty TUFF workout for me. I felt good at first t i started to lose it a little towards the middle, my 40 second intervals started to slow down a bit, but it was an overall good workout, i feel like i'm improving a little. Then we did an easy 15 minute cooldown.
