Weather: 91 and hot! slight breeze
Comments:
Felt like crap the whole time! I stopped 4 times. (1.5, 2.22, 3ish, and 4.0) My back felt tight which altered my breathing some, I need to do abs and have it massaged out some how, blah. Terrible run.
I need to learn to relax and let myself run slow to recover instead of trying to go fast every run which makes me stop...
