10x300m Mayfield Hills (with Dave Carter, HS Student Dan)-
This was perhaps my best workout of the summer in terms of my fittness level. We ran these faster than usual, about 66 seconds instead of 70 and I still felt strong. However, my knee still hurts from Mohican. It started to flair up on my cooldown.
