Fartlek at Tilden

Comments:
Ran to Tilden for the fartlek type workout. Workout consisted of non stop 42 minute run, with ll minute sets for the first three which inlcuded 1 min hard, 2 min easy, 2 min hard, 2 min easy, 3 min hard, 2 min easy and so forth. Last set inlcuded 1 min hard and 2 min rest three times. Pretty tiring workout. Pack work was good today, and felt average throughout. Completely died towards the end, had no energy left. Ran back to WJ as cooldown.
