Comments:
Workout at Towers was great, felt really good. Workout consisted of five one milers at about 30-45 seconds slower 5k pace. After completing one mile, jog back to the start and do another mile, pretty cool. First two miles were at decent pace, around 6:30 and 6:45. Last three were a bit faster, around 6:25 maybe. Was tired at the end, but good workout nonetheless.
