Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Feeling very tired lately, god an okay sleep but still dragging. Tried new DS shoes this morning, felt weird since there is much less cushioning but they are light. Warm up mile not great, did 4 intervals of 400's at 7:30 pace and last one was horrible. Right shin burning and foot starting to drop. Did 4 200's at 8:00 pace which felt much easier, only walked in between and cool down of 5 min slow run. Not a great workout :(
