Comments:
Mood: :/ feeling tired and sore
Ran with: Chase, Nathan, Chaning
Was a nice sub 7 pace for the run out and the hills were fast because of how nathan was sprinting them. Overal it was an okay run not because it was a bad run but because I felt that I was trying to hard for what I was acheving.
