Worked out with the distance crew with Del Mon, Alfredo, Beveridge, Dave, Tom, Tyler, Wags and Klauber. had to do 4xmile but first 800 in 2:25-2:30 then 200 off 200 on 200 off 200 on till mile. offs about 40s and on's 32-33. went 2:27-4:52, than 2:28-4:56 2:30-5:08, 2:24-4:59, felt awful 3:30 between each set
