Long way to golf course + 4 loops + long way back FAST + 1 mile fields
I was tired on the 4th loop but I was also glad I was doing it! I don't think I pushed myself too hard especially since tomorrow is off. It is going to be great running with this week's training! I feel like the tough week was really good for me. I liked having 3 tough workouts! I couldn't run as fast on A3s as I probably should have, so I didn't get as much speed from it probably. But I think tiring out my body was more important than doing an anaerobic 800 really fast.
Golf course with a break after the first loop for bathroom and after the second for water. Doofus was barking.. NO, DOOFUS! Talked to Morgan about balancing life and about how running can teach us how to work hard in life.
