Comments:
-1.5 Mile warm up
-5k race- 16:15, Pretty good race, I ran a 25 second pr on the course from last year when I ran 16:39. I beat Dylan Bernards course record of 16:30 by 15 seconds so I was pretty pumped about that. I think im definitally ready to go under 16 in the right conditions and the right race. Today was crazy hot and humid so hopefully next week at Oatlands we wont have to deal with the heat.
-4 Mile cool down.
