on the bike path with kevin today for a 3-2-1 workout, which is 3 minutes at about 5k race pace, 1.5 minutes recovery, 2 minutes a little faster, 1 minute off, 1 minute really fast, 3 minutes off. thats all one set, and we did three on that loop at one end of the bike path. it felt really good actually, although its a very exhausting ordeal. gotta be calm and controlled for the 3 minutes or else u straight up die on the 2 and 1's. figured out its about 7 miles total and there was a lot of good speed with not much recovery in there. its awesome, i very much like that workout even tho its killer. felt pretty good, tryin to be careful and smooth with my stride and everything. stretch boy! pace is good cause of the speed... =] i like it
