Weather: Muggy/cloudy

Comments:
It was a muggy run. My legs were very tired and sore, I did my best to keep a 7:30 pace and succeeded. My hips hurt on and off through out the run and I stretched them out after I was done with the run. I am ready for the recovery tomorrow!
