Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran early in the morning just did 20 min by myself, pushed a little but not too bad. Than did 8 strides afterwards. Ran at 7 at night with Rollin and Ricketts. Ran to the foothills path, went out real slow and then they turned at 30 min and I picked it up alot from there, ended up adding on at the creek
