Comments:
Ran a 22:55 today. That is a HUGE improvement from when I rant this last year, so I'm pretty happy about it. I crashed at the second mile though, so I think I need to go out slower. Also the hills didn't feel good, and that's probably cause I only made one hill workout this summer. So I also need to do more hills training.
