Weather: Surprisingly nice. Around 70
Comments:
Warm up down to the bowl plus zig zags. Then ran 12X200 w/ 200 jog at around 5k-2 mile pace, maybe a little quicker on a few. Was able to close ok and felt pretty strong throughout. Jogged a lap on the outside of the track on the grass and then ran 8XHS. These ones were a little shorter than usual, but I felt a lot better and didn't need as much recovery. Nice to do something a little faster.
