So yesterday I discovered podcasts of some radio shows I like on itunes and started listening to them at work and while running. I enjoy them a lot. But while I was running I remembered that I started one about when I started my run. It was a long one so I though I could time the run by looking at the elapsed time in the pod cast when I finished. So when I got done it said 53:57! Now I don't remember when I actually started it but on the side of caution I'm saying I can't have taken more than 55 minnutes to do this run and thats still sub 6:10 pace so I was really happy with that. Big confidence boost cuz I felt fine at the end. Strides after
